Hi! I'm Patrick and I built this thing!

My name is Patrick, as the title says, and I built this forum along with multiple other websites or forums. Photography and Videography is a passion of mine, and while there are lots of sites out there for both, I could never find a proper dedicated forum specific to the various Sony platforms available to us all.
My day job is as a Systems Administrator, but I also own an IT/Tech company that builds and hosts websites, does some private IT consulting for network and system design, installation and configuration, as well as social media marketing.
I also have a photography business that is pretty inactive right now since the birth of my second kid.

My primary video work nowa'days is for Youtube and personal consumption.

As for my cameras, I currently have a sony a6300 and expect to purchase a second B cam soon.
Previously i've owned a Sony NEX-VG10, A5100, GoPro Hero3+ Black and GoPro Hero3 Silver.

I have a Carbon camera slider, Zhiyun Crane V2, Rode VideoMicro, BlackMagic Video assist, various polarizing and variable ND filters, about a dozen old Minolta MC/MD prime lenses, a sony selp18105G lens as my primary/daily lens, and a few other things(lights, batteries, sdcards, blah blah blah).

I hope to see others join in to the fun and share their background with us all!
